GENERAL PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL EVALUATIONS
Services for general psychoeducational evaluations to determine special education eligibility include:
Collecting relevant data from existing records, including intervention data, as appropriate;
Observing student in the classroom, as appropriate;
Interviewing student, parent(s)/guardian(s), teacher(s), and/or relevant stakeholder(s), as appropriate;
Administering, scoring, and interpreting norm-referenced assessments (e.g., cognitive, academic, adaptive, social-emotional, behavioral, etc.), as appropriate;
Ensuring completion of legally required Evaluation Team Report (ETR) paperwork;
Coordinating, scheduling, and leading eligibility meetings with parent(s)/guardian(s), teacher(s), school staff, and/or other relevant stakeholder(s); and
Carrying out other activities relevant to adequate completion of an evaluation
