MY RESEARCH
In addition to my practice, research and writing are my passions. My research has focused on the experiences of Arab American adolescents in the school system, using this information for social justice reform and improving the quality and accuracy of multicultural curricula related to this subgroup. I am interested in development and strengthening of policies for social justice and building cross-cultural and intercultural relationships in the educational system. Below are some resources for school staff to consider. My book, Arab American Youth, dives into reformative measures for educational practice and policy for Arab American students. As I continue to publish, I will share with you here. You can contact me as well for guidance on other valuable resources.
